CEMIX TILING SEALANT is a flexible,coloured silicone, designed to seal and waterproof joint areas.
TYPICAL USES:
CEMIX TILIING SEALANT can be used in interior and exterior applications, for sealing and waterproofing joints between a variety of surfaces, including tiles, glass, enamel, aluminium, granite, porcelain and sanitary acrylics.
PREPARATION:
The substrate should be free of dust,grease, wax, oil, dirt, loose plaster, laitance, curing compounds, paint and all other friable materials and contaminants likely to prevent the adhesive bonding.
The substrate should be dry.
MIXING:
No mixing required.
APPLICATION:
1. Trim the end of the nozzle to the correct bead width.
2. Place the cartridge in the applicator gun.
3. Apply the product in a steady continuous bead, ensuring good contact with both sides of the joint.
4. Remove any excess product with a spatula.
5. Clean off any product residue with white spirits and a blade.
